Choose a route based on the region required by your target service, then compare connection and playback performance on your local network. Route types alone don’t guarantee speed. See the technical guide for differences between IEPL, relayed and direct routes. Available routes depend on the client. Streaming access may also depend on your account region and platform rules.

If you have connection issues, first check your local network and subscription status. Then update your subscription, switch routes and try again. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user dashboard with your client, selected route and error details. Don’t include your password or full subscription link in the description.
